On 9th November 2015, Gravity Infra Promoters Private Limited started its food business by opening Sagar Ratna as a franchise. The outlet received great support and love from customers, which helped us build trust in the food industry and encouraged us to grow further.
We did not want to stop at just one brand. We realized that we could create many different food brands offering different cuisines and dining experiences. This idea became the foundation for building our future brands.

Praveen Ji Nayan brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the retail branch banking sector. He has worked with leading financial institutions such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Securities Ltd. His journey across Delhi/NCR and Varanasi has built deep expertise in core banking, marketing, customer relationship management, and investment advisory with zero-tolerance compliance.
Academically, he holds a BBA from MIT Pune and a PGDM in Marketing & International Business from MERI–AICTE, New Delhi.
Aligned with the vision of our Founder & Managing Director, Mr. Ashish Gupta, Praveen Ji plays a pivotal role in driving pan-India expansion, brand development, cost accounting, marketing, and service excellence — building a truly customer-first food empire.

In May 2017, Gravity Infra Promoters Private Limited introduced its first self-owned brand — Flavours Café. This marked a new chapter in our growth. Designed as a modern, youthful, and vibrant café experience, Flavours Café quickly became a favorite destination for students, families, and working professionals. From premium hot and cold beverages to bakery products, quick bites, and comfort food, the brand carved its niche among café lovers in Varanasi. Flavours Café became the symbol of creativity, quality, and customer warmth. Its success gave us the confidence that our visions could thrive as standalone brands.
Launched in December 2021
Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Varanasi, we introduced Banarasi Biryani in December 2021 in Lanka.
This brand emerged from a mission to provide authentic, flavorful, and fragrant biryanis made with traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Within a short span, Banarasi Biryani captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. The overwhelming response led us to expand rapidly:

• Bhojubeer Outlet – August 2024
What started as a single outlet is now expanding into a strong multi-location biryani chain known for its quality, consistency, and traditional Banarasi touch. Today, Banarasi Biryani stands as one of our flagship brands, loved for its authenticity and trusted for its taste.
Since September 2023
As our expertise and customer base grew, Gravity Infra Promoters Private Limited ventured deeper into regional cuisine. In September 2023, we launched Shribhojnam at Godowlia—our dedicated South Indian brand offering traditional dishes prepared with pure ingredients and classic recipes. Whether it is crispy dosa, flavourful sambhar, fresh idlis, or wholesome South Indian meals, Shribhojnam brings the true essence of southern flavors to Varanasi. Due to increasing demand and customer appreciation, Shribhojnam expanded into a franchise outlet at Sankat Mochan in July 2025, strengthening the brand's presence and bringing more convenience to customers.
