1. Franchise Fee
One-time fee charged at the time of onboarding (valid for 5 years). Different for Cart, Cloud Kitchen, Kiosk, and Dine-In formats.
2. Management Fee (Royalty)
A fixed 5% on net sales, ensuring low operational burden and high partner profitability.
3. Product & Raw Material Supply
Revenue generated from supplying proprietary ingredients, masalas, packaging, and signature items.
4. Brand Licensing
Income from giving rights to operate under our brands.
5. Online Delivery Revenue
Earnings from Swiggy, Zomato, and app orders.
6. Dine-In & Takeaway Sales
Core revenue from walk-in and takeaway.
7. Catering & Special Orders
Corporate and event catering revenue.
8. Upselling & Add-Ons
Desserts, combos, festive packs increase AOV.
